Role Details
We are recognised within the Construction Industry as a provider of top-quality products and services, and are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join us in a newly created position as Head of Sales & Marketing.
This is a permanent position offering an exceptional salary and bonus structure.
Key Responsibilities
- To help develop and implement Marketing Strategies that will drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in line with company objectives.
- Manage and guide a team of Technical Sales Managers, Technical Sales Support and Marketing professionals, coordinating their activities to maximise effectiveness.
- Financial Management: Strategically plan, oversee, and execute the Budget for Sales & Marketing, aligning expenditures with broader business strategies.
Minimum Job Applicant Requirements
- Qualificiations: Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM and/or Marketing Degree
- Sales Management experience in a senior position
- Construction Industry knowledge and experience
- Budget Management experience

- Based in our new Nottingham office. Travel within the UK will occasionally be required.
