Privacy Policy
ICB Group is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use any Personal Information you provide to us, and how we safeguard the privacy of such information.
Introduction
We want you to know that we respect the privacy of every user who visits the website and every user who makes an enquiry through the website. We set out below what information we learn about you when you visit the website, what we do with that information, and how you can change the information we have.
When you use our website and our services, you trust us with your information. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what data we collect, why we collect it and what we do with it. This is important; we hope you will take time to read it carefully.
We’ve tried to keep it as simple as possible, but if you’re unfamiliar with terms, such as cookies, IP addresses, web beacons and browsers, then read about these key terms first. Your privacy matters to ICB Group, so please do take the time to get to know our practices – and if you have any questions, just ask dpo@ICBFabrications.co.uk
Information That We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you give us
When you contact us via any of our website forms we’ll ask for personal information, like your name, email address, telephone number and company name. Depending on the purpose of the form we may ask for additional information, for example, your CV if you’re applying for a position or whether you opt into our mailing list to receive communications from us.
Information we get from your use of our website
We collect generic information about your visit including which pages you visit. As is true of most websites, we also gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information usually includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, device used, operating system and date/time stamp. We use this information to improve our website usability and visitor experience.
We use service providers such as Google and Bing, whose products help us identify how websites are used. Like us, our service providers use technologies such as cookies, beacons, tags and scripts to analyse trends, track visitor movements around the website and to gather demographic information about our visitor base as a whole. We receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual or aggregated basis.
We also use service providers such as Lead Forensics to identify the companies who visit our website, specifically, we aim to learn about the keywords that companies use on search engines to find our website. If we believe a company is well-matched to our services we may also send marketing material to that company by way of sending an email to a publicly available email address, connecting with that company or its employees and representatives via social channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram or a posting a printed brochure to the company address.
When you apply for a job via our website
We will retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of assessing your suitability for job opportunities at ICB. We may retain your data for up to 6 months after the conclusion of the recruitment process. After this time, we will destroy or anonymise your data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We also use these technologies to collect and store information when you interact with us, such as using our contact forms.
Controlling the use of Cookies
You are not obliged to accept cookies and may modify your browser so that it will not accept cookies. The browser you use not only allows you to see the cookies that you have got but also allows you to control their use.
You can control them by allowing them, deleting them individually or deleting all of them. You can also set your browser to not accept cookies altogether. If this option is selected, you should be aware that many websites, including this one, will not function properly or at all.
It may be possible to set your browser to not accept cookies and ask for your consent before each cookie is set on your device. This gives you control over what is set on your device, however, has the drawback of slowing down your browsing experience.
There are different levels of control too. You are able to prevent just third party cookies being deployed, and some even allow you to block specific companies you do not wish to deploy a cookie, instead of selecting all companies.
In order to manage your cookies, please refer to your browser’s help guides and follow their instructions.
